Z Scaler Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and manage enterprise Zscaler environments encompassing ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX.

• Develop, sustain, and continually enhance security, access, and traffic policies.

• Oversee disaster recovery processes for ZIA and ZPA, proactively identifying failure points.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact.

• Convert intricate issues into straightforward solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience that is recent, active, and comprehensive.

• Strong and demonstrable expertise across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.

• Proven experience in ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery.

• Valid Zscaler certification.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise networking and security issues independently with confidence.

• Excellent communication skills to act as a calm and credible voice with clients and colleagues.

• Availability to cover Eastern and Central US time zones.

• Preferred: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification.

• Preferred: Experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors.

• Preferred: Experience in large enterprise Zscaler deployments.
