Senior Consultant, Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide technical consulting services and operational assistance for the Google Marketing Platform client portfolio.

• Offer consulting services for SA360, DV360, and CM360, encompassing campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and feature enablement.

• Implement and oversee floodlight tracking, conversion tagging, and first-party data infrastructure.

• Act as the main technical contact for designated clients.

• Deliver client training, onboarding, continuous support, and platform enablement workshops.

• Conduct billing operations verification, ensure invoicing accuracy, and reconcile platform expenses with client budgets.

• Manage client expectations effectively while documenting solutions, timelines, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with agencies, media teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Keep comprehensive records of client setups, configurations, and support activities.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practices.

• Monitor platform updates, compliance requirements, and emerging ad tech capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or marketing technology consulting with practical platform experience.

• Proven expertise in at least two of the following: SA360, DV360, or CM360.

• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage conversion tracking, floodlights, and first-party data solutions.

• Strong communication skills in client-facing situations, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts.

• Experience with billing operations, invoicing, and platform reconciliation.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on assigned client accounts.

• Google Ad Manager experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with other DSPs or advertising platforms is advantageous for consulting purposes.
