📋 Description

• Oversee and direct consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of client operations to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and expansion.

• Create and deliver customized strategies and recommendations tailored to client needs.

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.

• Guide and nurture junior consultants in their professional development.

• Establish and uphold robust client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor and primary contact.

• Remain informed about industry developments and optimal practices.

• Offer innovative and impactful consulting solutions to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in the consulting domain.

• A proven history of successful project management outcomes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
