YouTube Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Identify valuable keywords, search intent, competitors, and channel strategies

• Develop YouTube channels from the ground up

• Create content at scale, encompassing ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails, and publishing

• Repurpose existing content to explore new perspectives

• Take charge of SEO efforts and enhance rankings and positions

• Evaluate rankings, CTR, retention, and signups to decide on subsequent actions

• Transform views into signups

• Test, assess, adapt, and scale successful strategies

• Implement AI and automation throughout the workflow

• Operate within YouTube guidelines in a regulated iGaming sector

• Collaborate within the YouTube department, a fully remote team focused on building and expanding channels across multiple markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Avid YouTube user with insights into why certain videos excel

• Analytical mindset, comfortable making data-driven decisions

• Naturally inclined to think in terms of testing, measuring, and enhancing

• Proactive and capable of independently managing projects

• Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and search intent

• Familiarity with content creation and basic video editing

• Experience using AI tools and an eagerness to explore new options

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

• Openness to conducting experiments that may not succeed and learning from the outcomes

• Strong advantage: prior experience in building a YouTube channel, website, social media account, or other digital ventures
