Product Manager – Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance the broker that enables hundreds of thousands of individuals to trade and accumulate wealth.

• Assume responsibility for a specific initiative or multiple work packages within a broader project.

• Collaborate closely with a Senior Product Manager.

• Create features pertaining to portfolios and savings.

• Optimize trading and order processes.

• Innovate new products and asset categories.

• Develop features powered by AI.

• Take ownership by leading initiatives or work packages from concept to launch, and continue to refine them afterward.

• Engage in discovery by conversing with users, analyzing data, and testing hypotheses.

• Focus on delivery by defining scope with Design and Engineering, composing user stories, managing the backlog, and validating features.

• Measure impact by establishing goals, evaluating results post-launch, and optimizing based on data insights.

• Implement AI in daily tasks and contribute product ideas for impactful AI applications.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in product management within the capital markets sector.

• A genuine curiosity and desire to understand customer needs in trading and investing.

• A systematic, execution-oriented mindset, even in challenging situations.

• A strong willingness to learn and advance into more significant responsibilities.

• A passion for trading and investing is essential.
