Vice President, Digital Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor teams of digital product managers and leaders.

• Formulate strategic themes and objectives by utilizing operational trends and organizational goals.

• Ensure product strategies are aligned with the broader organizational objectives.

• Enhance product success through thorough analysis, data-driven experimentation, hypothesis testing, measurement, and client satisfaction.

• Advance product management best practices and processes.

• Identify and address roadblocks to strategic themes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Keep track of trends and changes within design, technology, business, and regulatory environments.

• Engage in organizational planning by leveraging insights from leadership and partner teams.

• Create key results for the short, mid, and long term in conjunction with various teams and senior leaders.

• Assist in the onboarding and growth of team members through effective leadership.

• Recognize, implement, and promote the adoption of best practices within the leadership community.

• Integrate Rocket’s home search, mortgage, servicing, and personal finance data to deliver a holistic view for homeowners and clients.

• Begin as a hands-on player-coach and establish a flat team of senior individual contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building products from large, complex datasets.

• Demonstrated ability to rectify data quality issues.

• Experience dealing with identity challenges, including record matching, duplicate resolution, and managing missing or conflicting data.

• Skilled in sourcing external data and fostering relationships with data providers and partners.

• Experience leading data integration efforts to enhance client experiences across various touchpoints.

• Proficient in advocating for analysis, data-driven experimentation, hypothesis testing, and measurement.

• History of hiring and leading product managers.

• Experience in identifying and overcoming strategic roadblocks with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to develop short-, mid-, and long-term key results alongside multiple teams and senior leaders.

• Collaborative experience with leadership in team member onboarding and development.
