This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
• Identify targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, wound care clinics, medical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues independently by engaging with established customers and cultivating new prospects.
• Contribute to minimal to moderate sales growth of existing accounts while working under high to moderate supervision.
• Ensure customer and patient satisfaction through effective account management.
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and the execution of marketing strategies.
• Support the development of effective sales plans and aim for balanced revenue growth across customer accounts and outpatient sales channels.
• Aid in selecting presentation materials from company-approved resources.
• Assist with both large-group and individual presentations regarding company products and their applications.
• Help resolve customer reimbursement issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Regularly travel to customer and clinical sites within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience in medical sales, device sales, or pharmaceutical sales is required, or substantial B2B sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to engage with all levels of management and customers effectively.
• Ability to influence others to attain desired outcomes using tenacity and diplomacy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to drive and/or fly to meetings and customer locations.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70% based on geographic assignment.
• Adherence to customer-site dress codes and credentialing/registration systems, including up-to-date vaccinations.
