Worksite Executive, Disability Re-Enrollment, Client Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with producers and current customers to uncover potential growth avenues.

• Assist in benefit re-enrollments while nurturing key relationships with producers and clients.

• Work alongside sales and service teams to promote growth in disability products, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with producers and clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

• Discover new business prospects within the existing customer base and among producers.

• Create strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment, adoption, and retention of Executive Disability products.

• Guide producers and clients through the renewal process effectively.

• Plan and implement enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns in collaboration with sales, marketing, and implementation teams.

• Develop timelines, materials, and communication strategies for enrollment initiatives.

• Offer product consulting to the field force, brokers, and employers.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new group sales and ensure first enrollment and billing are executed smoothly.

• Address implementation challenges and offer hands-on assistance as needed.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with high-performing producers.

• Travel to customer locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace group benefits and/or the disability industry, particularly in sales and customer-facing roles.

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma accompanied by 8+ years of experience in financial services.

• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

• Familiarity with disability insurance products, ideally group executive disability.

• Proven success showcasing strong attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative.

• Demonstrated ability in capacity management and process improvement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
