Working Student, Sales Operations & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of AI agents, copilots, automations, and various AI-powered solutions.

• Identify potential areas for enhancing sales processes through the application of AI and technology.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Contribute to CRM data quality efforts, ensuring sales data is accurate and complete.

• Review and verify opportunities and other CRM entries for compliance with internal policies.

• Aid in data validation, maintaining data hygiene, and engaging in continuous improvement activities.

• Support Sales Operations projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Assist in organizing sales training sessions, workshops, and events.

• Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Global Sales Operations team as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI, data, technology, and business processes.

• Possess analytical thinking and a methodical approach to work.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Nice to have: initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.

• Nice to have: a fundamental understanding of CRM systems, reporting, or process optimization.

• Nice to have: interest in sales, business operations, and digital transformation.
