Senior Manager, AI Business Modernization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel the U.S. business AI agenda by converting strategic priorities into a focused suite of AI products, agentic solutions, and digitally enabled capabilities.

• Take ownership of the U.S. functional AI portfolio and its roadmap.

• Act as the business lead for AI initiatives, identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI products, agentic solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.

• Collaborate with enterprise AI, IS, data, security, legal, and governance teams to implement solutions that adhere to enterprise standards.

• Define success metrics, measures of adoption, and value targets for AI projects.

• Work alongside Finance and business leaders to quantify productivity enhancements, financial implications, and realized value.

• Assess portfolio performance and suggest opportunities for improvement, acceleration, retirement, or redesign of solutions.

• Facilitate change management and promote AI adoption by assisting leaders in translating AI into innovative work processes and business decision-making.

• Enhance AI fluency through effective communication, training materials, practical use cases, and responsible AI education.

• Collect employee feedback, identify new opportunities, and highlight adoption challenges and AI-related risks.

• Create repeatable playbooks, standards, and practices for scalable AI adoption throughout the U.S. business.

• Report directly to the Chief of Staff to the President, U.S.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in strategy, business transformation, product management, digital initiatives, analytics, technology-driven growth, or enterprise capability development.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proficiency in aligning AI priorities with business strategy, enterprise AI standards, and quantifiable value creation.

• Capability to balance opportunities, feasibility, risks, and business impacts.

• Experience in collaborating with enterprise AI, IS, data, security, legal, governance, Finance, and business teams.

• Skill in establishing success metrics, measures of adoption, and value targets.

• Ability to lead change management efforts and promote AI adoption.

• Proficient in developing AI-related communications, training resources, practical use cases, and responsible AI education initiatives.
