AI Workflow Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI workflows and skills utilizing AIVA

• Create prompts, integrate tools, design workflows, and establish evaluation frameworks

• Connect AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems

• Establish guardrails, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop methodologies

• Quickly build, test, present, and enhance solutions in collaboration with clients

• Work alongside Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Integration Engineers, and Operations Subject Matter Experts

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or automation platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration

• Proven experience in developing production-quality AI applications and integrations

• Familiarity with evaluation, observability, and guardrail practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Availability Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

• Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week
