Head of Delivery, AI Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of AI services, which encompasses data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, and moderation for AI content safety.

• Lead a global team of Operations Managers to ensure that AI services are delivered punctually, within budget constraints, and meet customer quality standards.

• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Business Development to define, strategize, and secure proposals for new client opportunities.

• Design and implement specialized operational protocols across various delivery models, including full-time employees, remote workers, and freelancers.

• Partner with Quality, Training, PMO, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance automation and improve delivery quality.

• Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement.

• Drive the testing, iteration, and scaling of effective, results-oriented workflows.

• Provide thought leadership on project delivery and work closely with customers to define and produce high-quality outputs.

• Supervise the creation of new production protocols across different projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations leadership.

• Experience in organizations that offer HITL, RLHF, and evaluation services.

• A profound understanding of LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data structures, such as video, spatial, and sensor fusion.

• A strong interest and commitment to learning about Robotics and Physical AI technologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to address ambiguous challenges through testing, iteration, and scaling solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
