Freelance Coach – AI-Powered Marketing, German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement high-quality educational sessions

• Facilitate engaging simulations, hands-on demonstrations, and live coding on intricate topics

• Carefully plan and organize sessions

• Assume responsibility for the advancement, involvement, and welfare of a specific cohort

• Respond to inquiries, guide exercises, and assist with projects

• Methodically monitor attendance, performance, and behavior, intervening early when necessary

• Encourage collaboration and critical thinking

• Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating educational atmosphere

• Provide regular updates to the Track Lead regarding performance, risks, and necessary actions

• Assist with reporting, evaluations, and final communications

• Participate in stand-up meetings and teaching team discussions

• Collaborate closely with program and career teams on surveys and feedback initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting and developing learners or employees, preferably in bootcamps, training programs, or similar educational formats

• Strong hands-on experience in AI-driven online marketing

• Familiarity with social media marketing, Google Ads and Analytics, performance marketing, SEO, and SEA

• Proficient in tools such as n8n, Midjourney, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, WordPress, Nano Banana, and Canva

• Self-sufficient, dependable, and possess strong communication abilities

• Fluent in German

• Very good command of English

• Eagerness to collaborate with learners and teams
