This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and expand the Technology department, which includes CRM/MarTech engineers, integration specialists, and systems administration.

• Take ownership of the agency's technology roadmap and ensure that platform investments align with client delivery, growth, and operational efficiency.

• Establish operating standards for builds, QA/testing, documentation, change management, and support.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations, provide technical coaching, and enhance team capabilities.

• Act as the escalation point for outages, integration failures, data problems, and complex technical inquiries.

• Oversee internal collaboration, project management, identity management, file storage, and communication systems.

• Manage access, SSO, device policies, provisioning, and offboarding processes for the remote team.

• Develop information security, backup, and incident response procedures.

• Ensure that agency and client systems comply with privacy and regulatory requirements.

• Manage technology vendors, licenses, contracts, and costs; assess build-versus-buy decisions.

• Define architecture and governance standards for High Level, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot programs.

• Oversee CRM, advertising, website, call tracking, payment, and third-party integrations utilizing APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

• Standardize snapshots, templates, naming conventions, tagging, and data hygiene practices.

• Lead client onboarding and CRM migration discovery, which includes data mapping, cleansing, and cutover planning.

• Review complex builds for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Advocate for AI integration within operations, reporting, CRM personalization, conversational AI, and workflow automation.

• Assess and implement AI tools and LLM-powered solutions.

• Create internal automations and AI-assisted workflows.

• Manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking, offline conversion imports, data pipelines, and reporting infrastructure.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership on lead tracking, CPL reporting, and audience syndication.

• Maintain client dashboard infrastructure in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Set data quality standards and monitoring processes.

• Serve as the senior technology authority during client strategy sessions, quarterly business reviews, and new business proposals.

• Contribute technology recommendations, solution architecture, and implementation estimates for proposals and RFPs.

• Coordinate efforts with 321 AIM on shared clients and platform requirements.

• Identify opportunities to develop repeatable technology solutions for productization.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology, MarTech, or systems-related roles.

• Proven depth of knowledge in CRM architecture, integrations, and data infrastructure.

• Agency experience is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership position, team lead, or senior manager role with direct reports.

• Hands-on experience in architecting and governing CRM and marketing automation programs in High Level is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or HubSpot is valued.

• Extensive experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and measurement infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking, and offline conversion imports.

• Working knowledge of data pipelines, data warehousing, and reporting tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

• Experience managing cloud-based business systems, identity and access management, and security measures for a remote workforce.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, TCPA, A2P 10DLC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.

• Practical experience in deploying AI tools and LLM-powered workflows, with a strong emphasis on data privacy and appropriate usage.

• Scripting or development skills in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar languages are a significant plus.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Certifications in relevant platforms are advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
