Working Student – Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining supplier and material master data within Ivalua and SAP MM

• Aid in the management of purchase order follow-ups, commercial reporting, and archiving

• Support sourcing initiatives, encompassing Requests For Quotations, offer evaluations, and supplier interactions

• Participate in contract management, including uploading, storing, and processing signatures in Ivalua

• Help in creating procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries

• Assist in compliance and sustainability efforts, along with supplier qualification processes

• Contribute to the ongoing digitization and enhancement of procurement operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Master’s student in procurement, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain management, or a similar discipline

• Available for a duration of 6 to 12 months and must be enrolled for at least another 12 months

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good working knowledge of SAP and MS SharePoint

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Proficient in written and spoken German (optional)

• Organized, dependable, proactive, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
