This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide operational and strategic assistance for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders concerning contract administration, vendor management, and sourcing operations.
• Prepare service agreements and manage renewals and extensions using Jaggaer.
• Ensure adherence to JLL Legal and client stipulations.
• Coordinate termination requests along with formal vendor notifications.
• Process vendor submissions via Aravo and establish Corrigo registration records.
• Upload and verify Time & Materials Rate Cards while maintaining vendor data integrity across various platforms.
• Generate Weekly Sourcing Request Reports, Contract Expiration Reports, and Monthly MBR tracking documents.
• Oversee Property Closure Requests for decommissioned sites and manage contractual wind-down activities.
• Analyze contracts and vendor data to detect anomalies and risks.
• Conduct system audits to uphold compliance rates of 95% or higher and suggest corrective measures.
• Develop and update Quick Reference Guides for sourcing processes.
• Engage in RFP/bid activities and provide market intelligence to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Leaders, Facilities Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain Operations teams to prioritize tasks and address operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or 2-6 years of experience in contracts administration, strategic sourcing operations, or vendor management, preferably in Indirect Services.
• Proven expertise in contract management, encompassing renewals, negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
• Required proficiency in contract or sourcing management systems (e.g., Jaggaer, Aravo, Corrigo); demonstrated system administration skills are preferred.
• Experience maintaining compliance rates of 95% or above in contract or vendor management systems.
• Capable of project management and contributing effectively within a team environment on complex tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality control, and compliance in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues as needed.
• Proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong initiative and a consistent record of meeting objectives under high-pressure situations.
• Customer-focused problem solver dedicated to timely issue resolution and ongoing process enhancements.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables within set guidelines and policies.
• Analytical skills to review, interpret, and analyze data with minimal support, exercising independent judgment on moderately complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in PC skills with expertise in MS Office, Google Suite, and AI applications.
