Procurement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies, processes, methodologies, and tools for effective supply chain management and chain of custody concerning Government assets throughout their lifecycle.

• Safeguard against the unintentional acquisition of counterfeit or unlawfully altered products.

• Investigate and propose cost-effective procurement solutions for Government approval.

• Facilitate the Government procurement process and coordinate the delivery of acquired items.

• Oversee, monitor, and audit hardware recapitalization, maintenance contracts, and software licensing.

• Assess purchase requisitions for clarity, compliance, detail, and completeness.

• Acquire further details as required for purchase requisitions.

• Manage the procurement process from order placement to product receipt and invoice settlement.

• Oversee supplier performance through consistent communication and compliance with purchase order terms and conditions.

• Support the client’s objectives and uphold the integrity of the Government supply chain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Active Secret Clearance.

• Must currently possess Secret clearance and must be able to obtain it if necessary.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Proficiencies in Procurement, Purchase Order Requests, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Approximately 10% travel; travel requirement indicated as 10–25%.

• Capability to complete identity verification using biometrics and artificial intelligence.

• Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews.
