Working Student, Partner Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming requests from partners, investigate issues, implement changes, and resolve them within established service targets.

• Utilize and contribute to the enhancement of internal tools to expedite problem-solving.

• Analyze data to identify underlying issues when discrepancies arise.

• Expand into more complex problem-solving and automation as confidence grows.

• Provide support to airline partners and ensure their seamless operation on cargo.one’s platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university in Portugal.

• Available to work 20 hours per week while managing academic commitments.

• Possess a structured thought process and the capability to articulate reasoning clearly.

• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English communication.

• Show curiosity about AI, with previous experience or a willingness to begin using it.

• Be reliable and detail-oriented.

• Familiarity with support or ticketing systems, spreadsheets, data analysis, automation, or programming is advantageous.
