📋 Description

• Offers senior-level support for advanced medical operations or drug development projects.

• Oversees cross-functional coordination and the setup of medical/drug development projects.

• Manages communication regarding medical/drug development and escalates issues as necessary.

• Oversees documentation, ensures quality control, and provides project oversight.

• Mentors and coaches staff, while coordinating the workloads of junior Medical Operations Associates.

• Serves as a subject matter expert in MOA/DDS processes and systems.

• Contributes to ongoing process improvements.

• Manages client portfolios and independent medical monitoring projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provides senior-level operational support in medical and scientific (MS) or drug development services (DDS) under the supervision of the Medical Monitor/Director.

• Ensures that high-quality execution aligns with ICON standards, study protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Holds the legal right to work in the country where the role is located.

• Capable of delivering senior-level support for medical operations or drug development projects.

• Skilled in leading cross-functional coordination and establishing medical/drug development projects.

• Proficient in managing communications, escalating issues, overseeing documentation, ensuring quality control, and providing project oversight.

• Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and coordinating the workloads of junior Medical Operations Associates.

• Possesses subject matter expertise in MOA/DDS processes and systems.

• Capable of managing client portfolios and independent medical monitoring projects.
