This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Ensure the effective execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service operations within designated verticals.
• Deliver installations punctually, uphold SLA compliance, expand delivery capacity, and meet target costs.
• Oversee the planning, resource allocation, safety adherence, and quality assurance for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that Rental/Dealership installations are finalized within 2 days and Fleet installations within 4 days.
• Guarantee that maintenance support visits are well-defined and completed on schedule, employing a first-time-right strategy.
• Serve as the operational liaison to the Sales and Implementation teams.
• Validate the feasibility of sales commitments, identify potential risks, and convert commitments into actionable operational plans.
• Supervise Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
• Achieve an 80% utilization rate, ensure technical preparedness, and develop effective capacity planning.
• Manage installation partners and contractors while monitoring vendor costs, quality, and execution effectiveness.
• Meet operational metrics, including on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and target cost per installation.
• Implement proactive corrective measures.
• Travel to various on-site locations as required by business needs.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience in managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams.
• Background in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a related operational environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
• Strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance indicators.
• Experience in managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects.
• Experience in overseeing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling abilities.
• Travel to on-site locations as required by business demands.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Capability to work in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse settings.
• Ability to perform occasional manual tasks, such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
