Operations Associate – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create candidate lists utilizing Sales Navigator and Juicebox for open positions.

• Communicate with candidates through the CEO's LinkedIn account, maintaining his voice.

• Manage candidate responses and direct interested individuals to screening calls or Looms.

• Oversee Ashby, coordinate interviews and reference checks, and follow up with interviewers for feedback.

• Dispatch a weekly recruiting funnel report detailing sent, accepted, replied, screened, and hired candidates.

• Track Stripe for any failed payments and overdue invoices.

• Follow up on overdue payments and reconcile checks as needed.

• Manage upgrades, downgrades, and churn across Stripe, HubSpot, and other internal tools.

• Ensure HubSpot records are accurate and in alignment with customer contracts, usage, and payments.

• Take care of Deel onboarding and offboarding, as well as travel and dinner arrangements, and maintain the vendor list.

• Develop skills in partner administration, process documentation, and engage in additional operational projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written English; proficiency in writing is the key predictor of success.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Able to work during US Eastern hours.

• Highly organized and dependable in taking ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable meeting daily outreach targets and understanding funnel metrics.

• Inquisitive, receptive to coaching, and maintains a low ego.

• Familiar with AI tools and enthusiastic about automating workflows.

• Possess good judgment and the capability to recognize unassigned tasks.

• Ideally have 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, recruiting coordinator, or operations associate in a SaaS or technology firm targeting the US market.

• Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory.
