Working Student, Marketing, Sales & Admin Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and distribute LinkedIn content across various accounts.

• Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of webinars.

• Conduct follow-ups post-webinars, managing leads and correspondence.

• Aid in the creation and structuring of proposals, especially in an enterprise setting.

• Provide operational support for marketing initiatives and go-to-market activities.

• Maintain records in HubSpot and conduct basic analyses related to contacts, campaigns, and lists.

• Assist the COO with administrative responsibilities, including accounts receivable and project management.

• Collaborate closely with the HubSpot Unit Lead.

• Enhance the visibility and market positioning of the HubSpot Diamond Partner Unit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program for business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• At least two, preferably three, semesters left in your studies.

• Some practical experience in marketing, sales, or content development is beneficial.

• A methodical and self-reliant approach to work.

• A keen interest in B2B, SaaS, and digital business models.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn and various digital tools.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Basic experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is advantageous.

• Experience in content creation, including copywriting and potentially simple visuals, is a plus.

• Interest in webinar or event formats would be beneficial.
