Working Student, IT Strategic Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify potential new IT suppliers in the market

• Facilitate supplier homologation by preparing and coordinating NDAs

• Aid in onboarding by entering suppliers into the vendor system

• Assist with sourcing initiatives for software, hardware, and services

• Develop and oversee RFQs

• Collect and evaluate supplier proposals, providing comparative analysis

• Offer structured feedback to buyers regarding supplier submissions

• Prepare documentation and summaries for sourcing board meetings

• Assist in contract preparation and coordination with stakeholders

• Ensure accurate procurement data management, including supplier contacts and contracts, in various systems and reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Procurement, IT Management, or a related discipline

• Strong enthusiasm for procurement, IT sourcing, supplier management, and strategic purchasing processes

• Excellent English communication abilities, with a minimum proficiency of C1, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration with stakeholders

• Organized and detail-oriented work approach

• Capability to manage tasks autonomously

• Proactive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
