Working Student: Community Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Timely respond to comments and messages in alignment with the tone of 1KOMMA5°.

• Review new feedback on Trustpilot and Google.

• Identify and report any concerns or unusual activities, providing support for appropriate follow-up actions.

• Conduct a weekly review of the relevant YouTube landscape and present insights in an organized manner.

• Actively engage with the company’s social media posts to enhance reach and visibility.

• Consider the unique dynamics and audiences of each platform.

• Leave meaningful comments on other accounts focusing on energy transition, solar PV, and heat pumps.

• Contribute independently to the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) project.

• Create and test phrasing to boost visibility in AI-driven search results and responses.

• Integrate GEO strategies into content production.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a German university or university of applied sciences for at least two more semesters.

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a similar field.

• Exceptional written German with a confident and refined writing style.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Comprehension of the distinctions between Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn regarding tone, format, and target audience.

• Initial experience in community or social media management is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with social media management tools like Agorapulse or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and/or GEO is a plus.

• A keen interest in the energy transition is desirable.

• Strong linguistic and interpersonal skills.
