Game Community Manager/SMM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Development and systematic growth of a gaming community around mobile games

• Communication with players: answering questions and feedback, assisting with issues, moderating, and collecting feedback

• Expansion of Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels

• Creation of content, contests, rewards, and other community activities

• Collaborating with the product team to launch mechanics that transition audiences from the game to the community

• Supporting updates, LiveOps, and other product initiatives through player communication

• Analyzing activity results and exploring ways to enhance engagement and retention

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Game Community Management within gamedev or a similar role

• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming culture, player behavior, slang, and memes

• Knowledge of how to build an active community

• Understanding of the specifics and algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and other platforms

• Ability to create and adapt content for various social channels

• Strong copywriting skills in English; primary market is the USA

• Experience working with AI tools for content and communication

• Understanding of key community/social metrics and the ability to work with data

• Experience in SMM and a passion for life simulation / The Sims-like games is a plus
