This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare entrepreneurs (Imaging Ambassadors)
• Deliver continuous project management for pilot project execution, troubleshooting, provider communications, program design, health innovation incubation, and program assessment
• Offer comprehensive support to national ambassadors, including regular check-ins, proposal and budget feedback, coordination of technical assistance, reimbursement processing, equipment access, and scaling support
• Oversee Ambassador onboarding, reporting processes, and tracking of program milestones
• Track program performance and ensure adherence to grant obligations
• Promote global community engagement and knowledge sharing across four regional health hubs
• Manage data collection processes, impact assessments, reports, and program summaries
• Organize stakeholder and partner engagement opportunities, events, touchpoints, and gatherings
• Assist with program budgets, documentation, and operational coordination
• Work collaboratively with internal Inteleos departments to align educational and certification resources with Ambassador initiatives
• Foster and advocate for the Inteleos culture of inclusivity
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Global Health, Nonprofit Management, International Development, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in nonprofit program management, global health programs, or international development initiatives
• Preferred experience in supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs
• Preferred experience in program monitoring and evaluation, reporting, or community-based project coordination
• Strong skills in project management and organization
• Excellent abilities in cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in tracking impact metrics and program performance indicators
• Proficient in public speaking and written communication
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary
• Consistent attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and collaborative skills for communication with executives, Boards/Councils, external contacts, and team members
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and foster a constructive multicultural environment
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of working in software environments including virtual meetings and digital tools such as Canva, Qualtrics, Tableau, Zoom, Asana, and CRMs
• Option for fully remote work from an approved location
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as required
