This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design visuals, one-pagers, and presentations utilizing Canva, Figma, and AI tools like Claude Design.
• Generate content for the website, newsletter, and LinkedIn platform.
• Assist in creating articles and customer case studies.
• Support campaign initiatives and webinars, from landing page development to follow-up communications.
• Collaborate directly with sustainability managers at major corporations.
• Streamline recurring processes through automation using Zapier and HubSpot workflows.
• Transform manual processes and ensure seamless data transitions.
• Strategize and publish content for the LinkedIn channel.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of topics and formats, applying insights to enhance future posts.
• Assume responsibility for your own topics from conceptualization to execution.
• Collaborate with Karen, the Marketing Lead, to gain insights into diverse aspects of contemporary B2B marketing.
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of two semesters remaining.
• Proficient in German at a native level (C2) and confident in English communication.
• Some experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for copywriting and finding the right messaging for our target audience (sustainability managers).
• Attention to detail paired with a comprehensive perspective.
• A proactive approach and commitment to high-quality standards without succumbing to perfectionism.
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week; options to increase hours during semester breaks, with accommodations during exam periods.
• Located in Berlin.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and techniques for enhancing content visibility in AI search systems (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Enjoyment in automating repetitive tasks, such as with Zapier or Claude (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Interest in climate and sustainability issues (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Initial experience with marketing technology tools like HubSpot, Framer, WebinarGeek, LinkedIn, Notion, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Slack, Claude, and Zapier (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Capability to manage 2–3 projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI daily while maintaining a human touch in the results.
• Ability to identify and enhance workflows.
• Quick learner with the capacity to familiarize oneself with new topics and tools rapidly.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent self-organization and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Flexibility to alternate between design, writing, and spreadsheet tasks.
• Engage with a product that has a tangible impact, benefiting companies whose emissions significantly influence the environment.
• High level of ownership and the chance to influence and develop your own topics from an early stage.
