This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for Evergreen's utility clients.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external clients while offering strategic marketing advice.
• Design client-specific marketing strategies that align with program objectives and desired results.
• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets tailored for clients.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, web developers, and members of the marketing team on various campaigns.
• Create project briefs detailing goals, objectives, target audiences, deliverables, and necessary supporting information.
• Coordinate technical and background content with program teams.
• Evaluate creative projects to ensure they meet client needs and adhere to brand standards, while managing reviews.
• Oversee and report on contracted marketing budgets.
• Strategize and optimize campaigns across email, web, paid search, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
• Utilize customer, CRM, and web data to segment audiences, outline customer journeys, and recognize engagement trends.
• Set KPIs and assess attribution, conversion rates, and ROI through analytics and automation platforms.
• Convert campaign and audience data into actionable recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables using project management software.
• Build knowledge in the energy-efficiency sector and provide consulting support to program teams.
• Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe, digital media, analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools is preferred.
• Strong background in digital marketing, audience insights, consumer analytics, and measuring campaign performance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with major coursework in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Seven to ten years of experience in marketing and client management.
• Experience in the energy efficiency sector or a similar technical field is advantageous.
• Experience in developing marketing plans and budgets, as well as reporting campaign results to clients.
• Experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and leveraging data for strategic direction and optimization.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and verifiable insurance required.
• Must reside in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, or Utah.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• A solid internet connection, a dedicated and fully equipped home office, and a reliable phone are necessary.
• Availability for occasional evening, early morning, and weekend work is expected.
• Willingness to travel for Evergreen and client meetings.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
• Must be able to see and hear to gather and input information and respond to inquiries.
• Occasionally required to lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to drive and navigate stairs as required for work-related travel and activities.
