Working Foreman – 100% Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise construction operations at the designated job site

• Ensure that work is conducted safely while achieving productivity and quality targets

• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members

• Assist with project documentation and ensure accurate tracking of productivity metrics

• Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation activities

• Collaborate with the Superintendent and other foremen to establish daily job tasks

• Transport tools and construction equipment to and from various job sites

• Help in setting up GPS systems

• Operate dozers, loaders, scrapers, excavators, or motor graders while supervising a crew

• Carry out or request necessary repairs and adjustments on equipment

• Uphold safety regulations, guidelines, and codes among crew members

• Maintain logs of hours worked and materials utilized

• Complete and review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) with crews daily before work commencement

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

• Willingness to travel 100% to project locations across multiple states, with extended assignments at each site

• Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work wherever projects are situated

• In-depth knowledge of practices associated with the use and maintenance of various heavy equipment

• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and the ability to operate machinery safely

• Profound knowledge of GPS systems and their application in heavy earthmoving tasks

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Exceptional time management skills

• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of five years of operating experience

• Familiarity with workplace safety practices

• Valid Driver’s license

• Capability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods

• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary

• Ability to operate machinery in diverse weather conditions and terrains

• Capacity to lift up to 60 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques

• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
