Curriculum Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Input curriculum modifications into various databases and handle changes related to new courses, course fees, prerequisites, class limits, course titles, and course descriptions.

• Maintain class schedules by canceling classes, adding new ones, cross-listing, and updating existing schedules.

• Add, remove, or revise faculty assignments in class schedules, websites, and regulatory documentation.

• Process syllabi and course outlines within Learning Management Systems.

• Address and direct Student Information Systems and curriculum queries to the correct office.

• Enter department Program Learning Outcomes.

• Retrieve daily data sets, execute macros, format, and publish reports.

• Assist in the review and preparation of the course catalog and catalog addendums for distribution.

• Support requests from the Executive Office, Human Resources, Compliance, and other departments as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher education.

• Proven track record with educational technology.

• Extensive experience in merging large reports.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale data integrity.

• Highly skilled in technology, including PeopleSoft, creating macros, and using Excel with VLOOKUP.

• Proven success in managing data integrity.

• In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.

• Capability to execute detailed testing, error analysis, and quality assurance tasks.
