Workfront Implementation System Architect – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall solution architecture across multiple platforms.

• Review, validate, and provide final authorization for agency designs.

• Ensure that solution designs adhere to enterprise foundation standards.

• Create architectural frameworks for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, in-house tools/platforms, and enterprise integrations.

• Conduct technical design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Convert complex business requirements into technical blueprints.

• Address significant integration challenges.

• Manage foundational impact analysis for system modifications.

• Keep comprehensive change documentation.

• Collaborate with Change Control to maintain structural integrity.

• Offer technical governance and support to configuration and QA teams during the rollout lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.

• Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, enterprise-grade Workfront solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating Workfront with in-house developed tools/platforms and other enterprise systems.

• Strong knowledge of Workfront Fusion.

• Capability to support high-level integration design.

• Extensive expertise in enterprise governance frameworks.

• Experience in data modeling.

• Experience in designing scalable Workfront solutions for complex, high-volume environments.

• Ability to exercise design authority and make crucial architectural decisions.

• Proficiency in evaluating technical tradeoffs.

• Capability to provide technical leadership throughout complex implementations.

• Fluent in English.

• Must be located in Latin America.
