Architect II, Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Interact directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand challenges, extract requirements, and establish success criteria.

• Create practical and scalable solution architectures that align with business objectives.

• Develop and refine solutions utilizing AI-native development tools and processes.

• Take ownership of solutions from initial discussions to production deployment.

• Reduce the time between problem identification and the delivery of functioning software.

• Spot opportunities to enhance current systems and workflows through AI-driven solutions.

• Independently collect requirements through direct engagement with end-users.

• Provide solutions of moderate complexity with minimal oversight.

• Oversee the delivery process from requirements gathering to production implementation.

• Identify deficiencies in existing solutions and suggest enhancements.

• Contribute to team standards and disseminate knowledge across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.

• Demonstrated history of delivering AI-generated solutions from start to finish.

• Capability to engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to comprehend problems, gather requirements, and define success metrics.

• Skill in designing practical and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs.

• Proficiency in developing and iterating on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows.

• Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver solutions of moderate complexity with limited supervision.

• Competence in managing the delivery cycle from requirements through to production.

• Ability to recognize gaps in existing solutions and recommend improvements.
