📋 Description

• Evaluate Georgia Lost-Time claims on behalf of clients to ascertain the benefits owed.

• Maintain ongoing adjudication of claims in accordance with service expectations, industry best practices, and client service standards.

• Analyze and manage claims using action plans to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions.

• Investigate and collect information to assess claim exposure.

• Negotiate settlements for claims within assigned authority.

• Communicate updates on claims processing to claimants and clients.

• Report claims to the excess carrier.

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests for guidance.

• Collaborate with a global network of experts to share insights.

• Provide customer-facing claims solutions to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred.

• 3–5 years of claims management experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• Knowledge of Georgia jurisdiction is essential; knowledge of additional multiple states is preferred.

• A valid Worker’s Compensation license that is reciprocal with multiple jurisdictions is required.

• Capability to analyze and process claims effectively.

• Ability to investigate and gather information pertaining to claim exposure.

• Skill in negotiating claim settlements within assigned authority.

• Proficient in communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting abilities, problem-solving skills, and discretion.

• Capacity to manage work-related stress and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Proficient keyboarding skills.

• Hearing, vision, and verbal communication abilities.
