📋 Description

• Process and enter HVAC warranty claims for various vendors.

• Timely issuance of customer credits.

• Communicate with customers and team members via email to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.

• Provide HVAC warranty support and assist in problem resolution.

• Handle increasing volumes of claims while ensuring efficiency.

• Utilize the Ferguson computer system and case management applications effectively.
