Claims Adjuster Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations to verify facts related to automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority.

• Manage basic investigations concerning coverage, liability, and damages.

• Identify customer needs and effectively address them using suitable customer service skills.

• Utilize a foundational understanding of company systems and technology.

• Collaborate to assess subrogation or fraud potential and determine appropriate handling procedures.

• Gain a fundamental understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational relationships.

• Recognize and identify vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the PST/MST/CST time zones.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time Zone hours is essential.

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.

• The employer does not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• Individuals currently holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing insurance appointments before onboarding.

• It is required that employees do not maintain outside insurance appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.

• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is required when working from home.

• An appropriate desk and seating arrangement for the home workspace is expected.
