This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Manage and oversee Workday Recruiting initiatives and change requests for current, new, and forthcoming configurations across the organization.
• Ensure the scalability and effective operational transition into production.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to gather, comprehend, and document business requirements and critical design choices.
• Convert business requirements into efficient system solutions.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance for system updates.
• Guarantee data integrity and process accuracy.
• Prototype and explore new Workday features and functionalities.
• Remain updated with Workday releases and industry best practices.
• Work alongside Production Support, HR Operations, and other global stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving production challenges and serve as an escalation point for recruiting-related system support.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve system usability.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Over 5 years of experience with HR systems.
• More than 4 years of Workday configuration experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Workday certifications in Core HCM and/or Recruiting are preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday functional areas such as compensation and reporting.
• Understanding of recruiting and HR business processes and workflows.
• Capability to document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting HR systems.
