This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection cycle, starting from resume evaluation to conducting interviews.

• Implement and evaluate skills and knowledge assessments based on the specific needs of each role.

• Build and sustain a talent pool for various job openings.

• Deliver clear and unbiased feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter.

• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and selection techniques.

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage your own workflow effectively.

• Possess remote work equipment and infrastructure (computer, dependable internet connection, and phone).

• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and the capability to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Background in recruiting candidates for a variety of specialized and diverse roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
