This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, from initial resume evaluation to conducting interviews.

• Administer and assess skills and knowledge evaluations tailored to the needs of each role.

• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for a variety of positions.

• Deliver clear and impartial feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter.

• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and selection techniques.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage your workflow.

• Possess the necessary infrastructure for remote work, including a computer, reliable internet connection, and telephone.

• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
