Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and selection processes.

• Create and implement talent acquisition strategies.

• Identify and source candidates for specialized and strategic roles.

• Manage the talent pool while ensuring consistent communication with candidates.

• Compile and prepare candidate assessments and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within HR consulting firms.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.

• Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews and performing behavioral assessments.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Current CNPJ registration to operate as an independent contractor.

• Capability to work remotely.

• A university degree.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
