This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Provide pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements.

• Deliver robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates informed with timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Proven recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Capability to work remotely.
