Contract Recruiter, Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and extend job offers to prospective field and office employees.

• Support Talent and Workforce Management initiatives and programs within the department.

• Actively source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.

• Create and maintain talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements across essential functions and geographic areas.

• Initiate candidate outreach and engagement while evaluating their interest and qualifications.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to assess workforce requirements, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.

• Monitor sourcing activities, pipeline metrics, and market trends to enhance recruiting results.

• Innovate and implement sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and reinforce the organization's talent brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business, along with one year of experience in Human Resources; or an Associate’s degree coupled with two years of administrative experience in Human Resources.

• Travel: 0-10%.

• Standard work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; work may be required at any time on any day to fulfill business needs.

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

• Capability to proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.

• Proficient in building and maintaining talent pipelines.

• Skilled in conducting candidate outreach and evaluating interest and qualifications.

• Competent in tracking sourcing activities, pipeline metrics, and market trends.

• Able to develop and implement sourcing techniques for attracting passive candidates.
