Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate recruitment processes.

• Create strategies for talent acquisition.

• Identify candidates for specialized and strategic roles.

• Oversee the talent pool and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.

• Generate candidate reports and evaluations.

• Link talent with suitable opportunities at client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within HR consultancies.

• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.

• Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral assessments.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Valid CNPJ registration to offer services as an independent contractor.

• Willingness to work remotely.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Education or specialization in HR, Psychology, or related fields is advantageous.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment and strategic roles is a plus.

• Experience in active candidate sourcing is an added advantage.
