Workday Payroll Architect – AMS, Post Production Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic, high-impact initiatives in Workday Payroll, encompassing post-production enhancements, Phase X deployments, and improvements across multiple countries.

• Design, configure, test, and resolve issues related to intricate payroll solutions.

• Streamline integrations and interactions among Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Finance.

• Facilitate high-level working sessions with executives and client leaders.

• Convert business goals into scalable Workday architecture.

• Provide guidance to global client leaders on industry best practices related to Workday.

• Mentor consultants and share expertise within the knowledge repository.

• Drive continuous innovation in Workday service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Workday.

• Demonstrated success in leading Workday Payroll implementations or complex AMS engagements as a lead consultant or architect.

• In-depth knowledge of US statutory requirements, tax regulations, retroactive logic, complex earnings/deductions, FLSA calculation rules, and EIB data migrations.

• Practical experience or extensive technical familiarity with Workday Payroll SKUs for regions including Canada, the UK, France, Ireland, or Australia.

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Security, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Data Analysis touchpoints.

• Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate, audit, and reconcile large datasets.

• Outstanding communication skills, keen attention to detail, proactive issue anticipation, and a commitment to customer success.

• Must possess work authorization in the country of application without current or future visa sponsorship from Kognitiv.

• Candidates currently employed by a Kognitiv client or affiliated Kognitiv business may not be considered eligible.
