Workday Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the governance, planning, execution, and delivery of Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning modules.

• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business strategies and priorities.

• Oversee the Workday roadmap, including enhancements, customizations, workflows, and process improvements.

• Conduct requirements gathering, systems analysis, and solution design.

• Guarantee that configuration, documentation, testing, and integration work products fulfill business needs.

• Direct the implementation and management of enterprise Finance & Supply Chain processes.

• Manage daily operations for Workday support, including incidents, requests, and issue resolution.

• Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday Finance & Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Planning.

• Support Workday integrations while ensuring data integrity and accurate processing.

• Assess Workday capabilities and suggest opportunities for optimization.

• Lead teams, provide direction, and manage team performance effectively.

• Clearly communicate complex topics to all levels of the organization.

• Partner across functions to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience and training in Workday Finance and Supply Chain within a healthcare environment is required.

• Three (3) years of Project Management experience is necessary.

• Experience in the implementation and management of enterprise Finance and Supply Chain is essential.

• Proficient in Workday configuration, integration, testing, and workflow design.

• Strong functional knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain processes.

• Capable of prioritizing workload and providing timely follow-up and resolution.

• Ability to motivate and set direction for a team.

• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Must be a resident of Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.
