This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Lead strategic planning, operational alignment, and excellence in execution throughout the organization.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of annual account and strategic planning processes.
β’ Create planning frameworks and tools to ensure uniform account planning across Area Access channel management and trade.
β’ Manage strategic planning milestones, follow-up actions, and deliverables across various teams.
β’ Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans with defined ownership and accountability.
β’ Aid account teams in preparation for key customer interactions and planning sessions.
β’ Maintain transparency regarding customer priorities, action items, and strategic initiatives.
β’ Design and oversee tools, templates, and best practices that enhance planning effectiveness.
β’ Recognize and disseminate successful methodologies and best practices among teams.
β’ Coordinate efforts of Account Teams, Payer Strategy, Cross-Portfolio Strategy, and other Market Access functions.
β’ Facilitate initiatives specific to customers and those that require collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
β’ Synchronize planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic initiatives across therapeutic areas.
β’ Monitor initiatives using project management techniques, communication, and issue resolution.
β’ Establish resources and operational alignment to support the Area Access and Trade account management model.
β’ Spearhead the development and implementation of standardized planning processes and tools.
β’ Assist in the establishment and maintenance of effective Ways of Working among account teams and headquarters partners.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve coordination, and boost organizational effectiveness.
β’ Collaborate with training and learning teams to create scalable capability-building strategies.
β’ Define engagement models, expectations, and roles for training resources.
β’ Oversee follow-up planning and execution post Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Summits.
β’ Track actions, decisions, and strategic commitments across therapeutic areas.
β’ Support the implementation of Summit outputs and strategic initiatives across business units.
β’ Foster accountability and visibility for priorities that span the portfolio.
β’ Transform Summit outcomes, customer insights, and market access priorities into educational resources, planning tools, and capability-building activities.
β’ Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Access, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning, or a related commercial field.
β’ Proven history of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
β’ Ability to work effectively within matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
β’ Demonstrated experience in project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in interactions with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Capability to simplify complex issues and convert strategy into actionable plans.
β’ Exceptional skills in planning, organization, and project management.
β’ Proven aptitude for identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving execution in a dynamic setting.
β’ Experience in navigating matrix organizations and leading initiatives through influence rather than authority.
β’ Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities across various functions and organizational levels.
β’ Sound judgment, business acumen, and the capacity to connect disparate issues into practical solutions.
β’ Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results within tight timelines.
β’ High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and organizational savvy.
β’ A self-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
