This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist in the creation and execution of clinical projects and programs aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and advancing organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with OCMO and various teams across the organization to assess clinical performance and identify suitable clinical programs.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to introduce new medications and medication protocols throughout the organization.
• Track progress and assess performance based on established success metrics.
• Contribute to the realization of Pharma Ops goals.
• Analyze data and deliver insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Engage with OCMO, Physician Experience, Physician Education, Patient Education, Patient Experience, Clinical Education, Clinical Analytics, Home, IKC, Field, IT, CWOW, CMT, Compliance, Legal, and P&P committee teams as necessary.
• Coordinate follow-up, documentation, and tracking to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Oversee and manage initiatives from concept development through to execution.
• Create and develop clinical programs and initiatives.
• Produce training, communication, and materials for field and physician communications.
• Assist pilot facilities with training, communication, tracking, and follow-up.
• Review and assess pilot outcomes.
• Facilitate implementation across the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of two years of experience in project management and/or project implementation is preferred.
• Experience or a degree in a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others through influence.

• Proficient in creating narratives in PowerPoint.
• Capable of synthesizing and presenting research/analyses to senior management effectively.

• Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems, thinking creatively, and generating and testing hypotheses.
• High energy and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
