This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Design Cisco's CX partner strategy.
• Work in collaboration with senior leaders to enhance partner programs that promote global expansion.
• Create and implement customer success strategies led by partners.
• Boost customer adoption and ensure value realization.
• Identify and investigate new opportunities and business models to enhance partner capabilities and services.
• Oversee decision-making, execution, and success metrics for emerging opportunities.
• Develop long-term strategic priorities and plans for partner service offerings, engagement models, and ecosystem development.
• Influence both internal and external stakeholders across CX, partner, sales, product, and partner programs teams.
• Cultivate expertise in Cisco’s partner business, markets, and competitive landscape.
• Navigate complex challenges and foster relationships throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner ecosystems within enterprise technology.
• More than 8 years of overall experience in customer success, management consulting, professional services, or partner strategy.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to engage with senior leaders across diverse regions.
• Strong grasp of the high-tech industry and the crucial role of partners.
• Demonstrated capacity to quickly adapt to new areas.
• Excellence in strategy formulation, project management, business analysis, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and influencing without direct authority.
• Exceptional business judgment, including strategic decision-making paired with tactical execution, interpersonal skills, and resilient problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in partner management and customer success within a fast-paced technology setting.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions and services into customer value and business results in complex environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
