Workday Integrations Lead – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with fellow Huron and client team members

• Oversee the entire implementation life cycle, which includes planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support

• Offer hands-on direction and supervision for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday integrations

• Drive the implementation and enhancement of Orchestration, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect Solutions, Document Transformation, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Workday Orchestrate, PECI/PICOF, Payroll Integrations, Financial and Banking Integrations, and Identity and Security Integrations

• Set technical standards, reusable assets, and integration frameworks that enhance quality and delivery efficiency

• Remain updated on Workday releases and emerging technologies to foster innovation within the practice

• Lead delivery teams across various geographic locations and manage multiple simultaneous projects

• Influence executive stakeholders and facilitate complex technical decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Over 3 years of experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations

• More than 4 years of Workday integration experience across various Workday product areas

• Experience in leading large-scale Workday implementation programs and managing several concurrent projects

• Proven track record of leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources

• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, Orchestrations, and Workday integration architecture

• Experience in integrating third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Recruiting, Identity Management, and custom enterprise applications

• Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, technical advisory, and client relationship management

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to influence executive stakeholders and steer complex technical decisions
