This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee extensive facility operations for intricate commercial real estate portfolios.
• Ensure peak building performance, operational effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance on building systems, vendor partnerships, and multi-site facility management.
• Act as a reliable advisor to clients.
• Manage vital infrastructure and coordinate maintenance initiatives.
• Lead facility teams in delivering property management services.
• Oversee relationships, processes, personnel, compliance, and budgets for large/complex or multiple locations.
• Cultivate a team culture centered around safety, customer service, compliance, and quality.
• Supervise the development and management of capital and operating budgets, along with client financial reporting.
• Create workflows to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure SLAs are met and monitor capacity.
• Partner with the supply chain to identify opportunities for quality, innovation, and cost improvements.
• Lead the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including governance and scorecard evaluations.
• Manage teams and ensure the completion of training and performance reviews.
• Support and manage operational expense budgets while ensuring budgetary targets are achieved.
• Establish team communication protocols with a focus on client service and experience.
• Implement innovative site-level programs, processes, and procedures to lower operating costs and enhance productivity.
• Engage in and repurpose innovations from JLL and account innovation initiatives.
• Showcase JLL's innovation efforts to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management within commercial real estate settings.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities.
• Business acumen, including expertise in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to operate within budgetary and time constraints.
• Competence in matrix managing technical and administrative personnel.
• Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation is preferred.
