Senior HRIS Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the design, configuration, and upkeep of Workday for HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from HR, Finance, and IT to collect requirements and create scalable technical solutions.

• Manage Workday updates, configuration modifications, third-party integrations, permissions, and reporting.

• Ensure platform security and data integrity to maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Oversee external consultants and lead the implementation, testing, deployment, and technical documentation for HCM and Payroll initiatives.

• Identify and propose automation and process efficiency enhancements by leveraging industry trends and business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM and associated modules such as Payroll and Benefits.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation business processes.

• Technical proficiency in benefits, compensation, and performance modules.

• Strong grasp of HR and Payroll business process definitions.

• Advanced understanding of integrations for upstream and downstream systems within HR, Finance, and IT.

• Proven experience leading large technical projects through requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and hypercare phases.

• Capability to execute technical configurations utilizing SDLC concepts including design, testing, QA, UAT, and deployment planning.

• Experience managing complex and confidential data.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and at scale.

• Workday or related certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies is a plus.

• Background check required.
